It provides opportunities for students to hone skills according to their talents and interests by going directly into the world of work as preparation for future careers.

The Indonesian government provides credit and course recognition mechanism obtained from other institutions and universities through MB-KM program. Through this mechanism, students can take classes at other universities, or take part in activities that can be recognized as grades and credits in accordance with the rules of MBKM. The program is regulated under the following regulations:
- Regulation of Minister of Education and Culture No. 3 of 2020 on SN Dikti
- Regulation of Minister of Education and Culture No. 4 of 2020 on Changes in State Higher Education Institutions to Higher Education Institutions with Legal Entity
- Regulation of Minister of Education and Culture No. 5 of 2020 on Accreditation of Study Programs and Higher Education Institutions
- Regulation of Minister of Education and Culture No. 6 of 2020 on Admissions for New Student in Bachelor’s Degree Programs at State Higher Education Institutions
- Regulation of Minister of Education and Culture No. 7 of 2020 on Establishment, Amendment, and Dissolution of State Higher Education Institutions, and Establishment, Amendment, and Revocation of Private Higher Education Institution Permit
